Phillip Phillips Wins 11th Season Of ‘American Idol’

Last night the sexy 21 year old man with the guitar and double name, Phillip Phillips, took home the title of 2012′s American Idol. His unique voice and style ensured he claimed the 11th season win. Phillip accumulated a huge number of fans this season (a lot of young girls who find him adorable), and even though his competitor in the finale, Jessica Sanchez, has a phenomenal voice (and wowed the judges with her rendition of Whitney Houston’s classic hits) ultimately it came down to Phillip who was most loved by America. They announced on last night’s finale that a record number of people voted this season with 132 million votes! Are you happy that Phillip Phillips won?

If you missed last night’s finale, the show was a star-studded event with special musical guests and performances. Rihanna performed her new single, Where Have You Been and showed off her new dreadlocked look, and Idol judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler got onto the stage as well. Justin Timberlake To Record New Music For Fiancé Jessica Biel’s New Movie ‘The Devil in the Deep Blue Sea’

Justin Timberlake fans look out, we may have some new JT music in the not too distant future! The Wrap is reporting that Justin is working with his fiancé Jessica Biel on her new movie, The Devil in the Deep Blue Sea, in providing music for the film’s soundtrack. Jessica is not only producing the film but starring in it and now we have learned that it is a family affair. Justin has been focusing on his acting career of late and we haven’t had music from him in ages so this is very exciting news. Could this be a sign of a new album on the way too?

The “Sexy Back” singer will compose and serve as music supervisor for the film’s soundtrack. It’s a welcome return for fans of Timberlake’s music. The pop star has concentrated on acting in recent years and has not released an album since 2006′s “FutureSex/LoveSounds.” “The Devil in the Deep Blue Sea” chronicles a widower’s efforts to emerge from his grief over his wife’s death through his friendship with an imaginative young girl. Co-starring opposite Biel are Chloë Grace Moretz (“Kick-Ass”) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (“Watchmen”).

This is a whole new look, and vocation, for Heidi Klum. In the latest fashion film by Hunger TV, you will see Heidi like you’ve never seen her before. In fact she looks more like Courtney Love or Kate Moss. In the fashion-film-meets-music-video Heidi has actually swapped high glamor for glam rock and sings (yes, it is her vocals apparently) her way through dive bars and tattoo parlors. The song is called Turn Up The Night and is definitely depicting a racier side to momma Klum. Dressed in leather and showing a lot of skin she gyrates a pole, smokes and parties, leaving little to the imagination. In her first venture into music, Heidi is certainly pushing the envelope. Jay-Z has JUST announced the official line-up for his Philadelphia-based Made In America festival...

AND that he will be joined on his self-proclaimed throne by fellow headliner Pearl Jam!

The Philly party ignites on Labor Day and includes KILLER acts like Calvin Harris, Janelle Monae, Afrojack and Mike Snow, among others.

Unfortunately, no word as to whether President Obama will join Jay on stage...

It’s not like he has anything better to do this year, right?! Ha!
