Girlicious Singer Pleads Guilty To Purse Full O’ Cocaine

Girlicious' Natalie Mejia caught a lucky break!

The singer was arrested in March for having at least a dozen bags of cocaine in her Gucci purse. She finally pled guilty to felony drug possession on Thursday, but the judgement was deferred.

If Natalie can keep out of trouble for 18 months, this pesky incident is wiped from her record.

Sounds fair enough.

Natalie Mejia, a member of Robin Antin's new band Girlicious, was arrested on Tuesday when authorities found cocaine in her purse.

She was held Glendale City Jail in SoCal after a routine traffic stop. Police discovered that Natalie's friend, who was behind the wheel, was driving with a suspended license. The two were searched and multiple bags of the substance were found on the two of them.

Mejia claims she was on her way to the airport to travel to Canada for a concert, but because of the amount of cocaine in her purse, she was booked on suspicion of possessing cocaine for sale.

"She doesn’t know how it (cocaine) got into her purse," said Glendale Police Sgt, Tom Lorenz.

Riiiiight.
