Mel Gibson Murder Claims: Oksana Grigorieva’s Rep Responds To Sinister Accusations!

Well now that we've chewed a few Tums, we can continue on with this story!

As we discussed earlier, Showgirls writer Joe Eszterhas has made disgusting claims about Mel Gibson as apparent retaliation for a rejected script.

They are just downright nasty, and if there's truth to them, well... Mel is gonna need a lot more than puppet therapy to cleanse himself of that kind of hate, LOLz!

And perhaps the most disturbing claim, though not a surprising one given their past, regards his numerous murder fantasies with ex Oksana Grigorieva.

Joe claims Mel gushed about wanting to kill her several times:

You were raving at Oksana even after you’d reached a custody agreement over Luci. And then you were even more explicit about your threat: 'I’m going to kill her! I’m going to have her killed!' You said you’d become friends with two FBI agents (or former FBI agents) and they were going to help you to kill her.

Of course, Oksana has no comment. But her rep does! He says:

Mr. Eszterhas' charges are extremely serious and should be investigated by the authorities immediately.

Agreed 110%!!!

No More Anger Management For Mel Gibson

We'll just have to see if Mel Gibson REALLY learned his lesson.

Mel's lawyer, Blair Berk, showed that his client completed his necessary hours in anger management. Not only did Mel complete the required hours, he took some extra classes on the side.

All that's left now is two years of probation for beating Oksana Grigorieva.

Let's hope Mel can keep his fists anger under control from now on.

Oksana’s Got A Gig! A SINGING Gig! In Hollywood!

It hasn't been a good week for Mel, but Oksana doesn't care!

Oksana Grigorieva has booked a gig at Gardenia, finally getting ahold of her singing career.

After the bitter battle of getting the rights to her music back, it looks like she's taking a postive step towards trying to make it big own her own.

The Divorce Battle Continues! Terrence Howard Claims His Ex Is Racist AND Violent!

This will surely go down as one of the ugliest divorces in Hollywood history!

To recap - Terrence Howard's soon-to-be-ex-wife Michelle filed for divorce from him back in February.

Then earlier this month, Michelle called Terrence violent in court documents, and she claimed that he constantly threatened her life.

Terrence, of course, denied everything, but Michelle was STILL granted a restraining order against him on Dec. 6.

Now, he's firing back at his ex, and he's claiming that she "hates black people" and used to say awful, racist things to him, such as the following:

"[I] never wanted to marry a n***er in the first place."

"[I] definitely didn't want to be the step mother of some n***er kids."

Absolutely deplorable! Terrence is ALSO claiming that Michelle threatened to have him killed by her Russian friends "who would do it as a favor."

He's seeking a restraining order against Michelle, and he's got a hearing set for Jan. 17.

We REALLY hope they get this all worked out sooner than later. Seriously brings us back to the Mel/Oksana days! Ugh.

Snag! Oksana & Mel’s Lawyers Are Still Negotiating Their Settlement

This is the case that doesn't end! It just goes on and on my friend. Some people stared... ok, that's enough.

While Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson supposedly sorted out all of their issues weeks ago, reports reveal that Oksana is back in family court with Mel's lawyers due to some wording issues in their settlement.

To refresh your memory: the pair agreed on a deal that gave them equal custody, Oksana $750,000 richer and ownership of the house she is currently living in.

Tomorrow, the settlement was slated to go before a family court judge to be finalized, but now that the lawyers are back to arguing the details, things have come to stalemate. Mel's lawyers asked the judge for more time to hammer out the logistics, which the judge granted, much to the dismay of Oksana and her team, who wanted the deal done as it was scheduled to be. Now, both sides have until November 1st to file the settlement.

What in the world could be the matter now? She's agreed to leave you alone, Mel! What more could you want?!
