Heidi Montag, Boobs Surface For Kristin Cavallari Baby Shower

Heidi Montag and her hilarious fake boobs resurfaced for former co-star Kristin Cavallari's baby shower over the weekend in West Hollywood, Calif.

Kristin Cavallari was seen showing off her growing baby bump in a black maxi dress at the event, while Montag flaunted some curves of her own.

Now broke and living in seclusion with hubs Spencer Pratt, Heidi sightings are few and far between. Such is the case when the 15 minutes expire.

As for Cavallari, she is expecting her first child with fiance Jay Cutler, and she's already talked about having more, even before she gets married.

In any case, one is enough for now, and she's loving pregnancy.

"Had a great day at my baby shower!" she tweeted afterwards.

Will Heidi and Spencer Pratt - who also showed up for the shower, along with his useless sister Stephanie - ever have kids? Probably, and scarily.

Jenelle Evans Nude Photos Leaked, Show Star Before and After Plastic Surgery

Jenelle Evans recently went under the knife to enhance her breasts, and in the process, posed nude for a series of before and after photos.

Which have obviously made their way online.

The 20-year-old Teen Mom 2 star has been stoked about her new chest from the start, and certainly appears to be in the leaked pictures.

"She likes them," a source close to Jenelle says about her fake boobs, which can be seen with surgical gauze still underneath them in some pics.

"She is really happy, but she thinks they're lopsided."

Maybe so, but she looks fresh faced and happy in the images. That alone is noteworthy from the normally brooding, sudden, violent reality star.

Jenelle had the surgery done near her home in Oak Island, N.C., and Jenelle Evans' boob job reportedly set her back around $5,000, reports say.

The 23-year-old singer may be quite comfortable in her own skin, but she may have also changed one of her features. We're not judging, just saying.

It could be that the British fan favorite simply lost weight, which clearly is the case over the past 3-4 years, and her nose looks more slender as a result.

She's made a name for herself on talent either way, and isn't about to lose any fans regardless of whether she had work done. But it makes you wonder.

Ashley Judd Defends Appearance, Rails Against Society’s "Hatred of Women"

Combating critics of her appearance once again, Ashley Judd went off on the sexualization, objectification and hatred of women she perceives in society.

Stories about Judd's puffy face, caused by the medication she had been taking for a sinus infection, gave way to plastic surgery rumors in recent weeks.

Rumors that did not sit well with the Missing star, who is assailing critics left and right over this "sad commentary" on our obsession with appearance.

"I think it's hatred of women that invites the criticism," the actress told NBC.

"I think it's the objectification of girls and this hypersexualization of our society. It doesn't have anything to do with me, really, and how I look."

Judd says the reaction to her appearance was as swift as it was negative.

"There was no presumption of goodwill," she says, and that's what pushed her over the edge. "The conversation went straight to, 'Oh my gosh.'"

Particularly galling, besides the "nasty, vitriolic and gloating tone," she added, was the speculation that the 43-year-old had plastic surgery.

A look at Lindsay Lohan's face reveals some pretty drastic changes in recent years. But did the actress get plastic surgery, or is it just a result of age?

The 25-year-old's new look has sparked speculation from experts that she's substituted an alcohol and drug addiction for a plastic surgery addiction.

"Unfortunately it looks like it," plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who hasn't treated her, said, adding that when he looks at Lindsay Lohan photos:

"She appears to have a classic, over-plumped pillow face. Her cheeks look like she's storing nuts. I suspect she's undergone multiple injections of filler."

Ouch. If you look at Lindsay on the Today show this week (above right) and back in her Mean Girls heyday (left), though, the difference is quite strong.

Chaz Bono: Saving Up For a Penis

Dancing With the Stars alumnus Chaz Bono is saving up the money to make his gender transformation that much more official. Yes, we're talking about a penis transplant.

Chaz tells Rolling Stone that he will pursue a metoidioplasty.

If you haven't stopped reading yet, he describes this as "a procedure that uses what you already have down there... which has grown larger from the testosterone."

Chaz will be trying out the new equipment on someone other than Jennifer Ella, who he just broke up with after a long-term relationship in which he changed genders.

He opted for the metoidioplasty for the following reasons:

"You end up with a smaller phallus than with the phalloplasty (another similar type of procedure), but it's fully functional, it gets erect, and the sensation is all there."

The procedure will cost him between $25,000-$45,000.

You cannot put a price on manhood, however.

Britain's Guardian newspaper speculates that Botox did the trick and also suggests that Vladimir Putin has also undergone some plastic surgery - small nip/tucks.

Quoted by the Guardian, four plastic surgeons analyzed Putin's new look and concluded he had the work done in advance of his upcoming election bid in March.

To that end, CBS News reports on Friday that a brand new poll shows that he is slipping in his approval rating, to 51 percent, down from 61 percent last month.

Desperate political times call for the occasional cosmetic procedure? Who's to say.
