Eddie Cibrian Strips Down For ‘Charisma’ Home Wear

Eddie Cibrian, the hottie sometimes actor who has … interesting taste in women, is featured in a new ad campaign for Charisma Home Wear. The British company apparently felt that Eddie has the look they are going for in their attempt to sell towels, bedding and other like home wear items. As you can see in the photos below, Cibrian has stripped down to his tiny swimtrunks for the new ad campaign … and I must say, the effect is quite appealing.

His television show The Playboy Club was canned last October after it failed to garner ratings. And with his acting offers apparently thin on the ground, it seems Eddie Cibrian is exploring other options. The 38-year-old has signed up as the face – and body – of the Spring 2012 campaign for home wear company Charisma. On set of a private residence in Los Angeles, topless Eddie is pictured drying off with fluffy Charisma towels after taking a dip in the pool. Madonna is having a huge party and everyone’s invited. The Madonna 2012 World Tour begins May 29th 2012 in Tel Aviv, Israel it was officially announced by Live Nation Entertainment, the tour’s international promoter. The shows will include arenas, stadiums and special outdoor sights including the Plains of Abraham in Quebec and a return visit to South America as well as Australia where she has not performed in 20 years. The tour will stop in 26 European cities including London, Paris, Milan and Berlin.

Initial Police Report Maintains That Nick Carter’s Sister Leslie Died Of A Drug Overdose

Very sad news to update today … Yesterday we learned the tragic news that Leslie Carter, sister of popstars Nick and Aaron Carter, passed away at the far too young age of 25. Today we are learning from the initial police report that Carter died of a drug overdose. Her official cause of death will not be revealed until a full autopsy and toxicology report can be administered but all indications seem to point to an overdose. You may recall that we all got to know Leslie Carter a little bit from her appearance on the short-lived E! reality TV series House of Carters. It’s very, very sad that her real life story had to end so young … and so tragically.

Leslie Carter overdosed and was under the influence of several drugs before her death, according to an incident report obtained by ABCNews.com from officials who responded to her family’s 911 call. The report lists three drugs that were found near Carter: Olanzapine, used to treat the symptoms of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; Cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxant; and Alprazolam, used to treat anxiety or panic disorders, also known as Xanax. ‘Skyfall’ Releases A Second James Bond Promo Photo

A few weeks ago we got to check out the first official promo photo released from the new James Bond film Skyfall which featured a wet Daniel Craig‘s muscly back. Today we get to see the man from the front in a newly released second promo photo from the film. This new James Bond photo is more familiar to fans because the super agent is packing his trademark pistol. Wanna see what Daniel Craig is packin’? Check out the photo below.

Sony has just released the [second] official image from Sam Mendes’ Skyfall, the 23rd Bond film that stars Daniel Craig in his 3rd outing as 007. The cast also includes Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Berenice Marlohe, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Albert Finney and Judi Dench. Skyfall opens in the U.K. on October 26 and in North America on November 9.

Free at last! Free at last!! Collectively and individually for that matter, we probably have more experience making records and releasing them than 99% of people working at labels these days. Nor do we have anyone to answer to other than ourselves. People at record companies live in fear of being wrong. Music cannot thrive in that environment. It is an unruly art form. You can’t keep treating it like sausage meat. You have to let it morph and move and breathe. So are we scared? Not a jot.

Death Can Be A Drag

Blah. The good news is that the cold I was coming down with back home in Detroit is almost completely gone (thank you meds) but the bad news is that my allergies kicked into high gear late Sunday night/early Monday morning. A few years ago, I used to suffer from allergy outbreaks of hives but these days, I don’t really get them anymore … that is, unless I’m around cats for extended periods of time. Since I was staying at my BFF Sarah’s place last week, I think her two kitties caused my flare up. Yesterday was mostly an uncomfortable day of hives but, thankfully, they have almost entirely gone away today. Since I wasn’t really in the mood to go out, I got to spend some time watching TV … including last night’s FABULOUS season 4 premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

As you may recall, we got our first look at RuPaul’s Drag Race season 4 back in November and then we got a second look in December … but last night was the BIG premiere night. I have to say, I’m just so happy that we live in a world where Drag Race is a show that (Read more...)

Paula Abdul & Nicole Scherzinger Have Been FIRED From ‘The X Factor’

So … you know how last year former American Idol judge Simon Cowell was all excited about his new competitive singing reality show The X Factor and he was all excited about bringing on board judges Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones to the show? Yeah, that’s over because all 3 of these people have been FIRED from the show. You may recall that British pop singer Cheryl Cole was originally meant to be a judge on X Factor but she got fired before the show made it air and was replaced with Scherzinger (who, if you consider how she got her job, shouldn’t be all that surprised that she was so easily fired, too). The only person that Simon Cowell didn’t fire is fellow male judge L.A. Reid. Read on for all the gory details of this X Factor bloodbath below.

‘Sparkle’ Releases A New Promo Image Of Whitney Houston & Jordin Sparks

Earlier this month, Melissa blogged about a new film titled Sparkle that stars Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks. Today we get to check out a fantastic new promo photo of the pair in the film. As I understand it, Sparkle is a film loosely based on the life story of The Supremes where we follow the meteoric rise of the protagonist character Sparkle (played by Sparks). How Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks will look like as mother and daughter in “Sparkle” has been unveiled in a first look image from the film.
