Brooke Mueller Gets Off Easy For Cocaine Arrest

As we have previously speculated, Charlie Sheen’s ex gf Brooke Mueller will NOT serve any jail time for her Dec 2011 cocaine arrest.

The charges include felony possession of cocaine under 4 grams, felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as misdemeanor assault.

Due to Brooke attending rehab directly after the arrest, the judge presiding over her case has agreed to a plea bargain.

A source has revealed that Brooke will plead guilty to the former charge, while the preceding two will be dismissed.

Instead of spending time in the bighouse, Brooke will be placed under 12 months probation.

If she remains in good standing with the court during this time, her guilty plea will simply *poof* disappear and not remain on her permanent record.

Well, well, well, that’s very convenient, ISN’t IT???

Gerard Butler’s Married Lady Friend ALSO Had An Affair With Dave Navarro!

Which other famous people did she sleep with?!?!?!? Ugh!

Earlier today, we heard reports that Gerard Butler got involved with a married aspiring actress-slash-model BEFORE he checked into rehab last year.

We had heard that he basically wrecked the woman's marriage...but this woman is no saint either! In fact, we've just learned that she reportedly had an affair with Dave Navarro during her FIRST marriage!

Here's what the woman's first ex-hubby had to say about it:

"[Name redacted] had an affair with Dave Navarro that caused the end of his marriage to Carmen Electra. She told me about the relationship and we subsequently dissolved our own marriage."

It's a shame her name hasn't been revealed, because all the men out there need to be warned to stop marrying this woman! She's baaaaad news (if it's all true, of course).

Gerard Butler: Actor AND Homewrecker?!

What?! Did Gerard Butler have an AFFAIR with a newlywed?

Oh no.

As we reported, Gerard recently completed a three week rehabilitation program at the Betty Ford Center and has been doing seemingly well.

Now, reports are saying the actor got involved with a MARRIED aspiring actress-slash-model BEFORE he went to rehab last year, which ended up damaging the woman’s marriage!

Butler was even friends with the newlyweds before eventually gettin’ sexual with the wife!

Not cool!!

A report revealed:

“They would exchange heated text messages, emails and phone calls. She would drop anything to be with Gerard. The two would hook-up at his hotel when he was in Los Angeles."

The woman’s husband ultimately found out and threatened to break off the marriage for good, but she begged him to stay. He gave her another chance ... but she CONTINUED the affair and a divorce was filed by her in the end.

It looks like the mystery woman thought she was the only girl in Gerard’s world, because she obsessively called him so much that he had to change his number!

Kim Richards Feels All Better!

Oh, the wonders of rehab!

Real Housewives of Bev star Kim Richards is out of rehab, doing great and (brace yourselves) ready to come back to the show!!

A pal close to the Kim says, thanks to rehab, the 48-year-old former child actress is done slurring words, speaking in tongues and public melt-downs. According to the source:

"Kim's post-rehab transformation is awesome. Since she got out of rehab she's stronger and spunkier. Kim is making everyone around her really happy because she's trying to do the right things to maintain her health."

A contributing factor to Kyle's sis' recovery is her split form creepy boyfriend, Ken Blumenfeld. It was obvi to anyone that watched season 2 of RHOBH that he was a baaad influence.

"Kim is single now, and she's good being single. She wants someone in her life who is going to be a positive influence, and so she's going to stay single until she finds the right guy."

So, it sounds like we won't be watching Kim meet men at the grocery store or the "mail box" next season. That's right, we said next season!!

Tila Tequila Headed To Rehab After Mini Intervention

After her hospital scare, Tila Tequila has taken the hint from her friends.

Tila's love ones staged a small intervention, urging the pint sized model to go to rehab and she has agreed with them. She was hospitalized for a week after overdosing on meds after suffering a brain aneurysm.

Tila will seek treatment for substance abuse while in rehab and she wants to find help for her psychological issues as well.

A treatment center has been rumored to have already accepted her but no one knows which one nor when she'll ship herself off for treatment.

We hope Tila has a healthy, fast, and full recovery! We don't her to have another hospital stint!

Demi Moore Wants To Go Back To Work — But Is She Ready?

Fresh out of rehab and a rough few months, actress and whip-it aficionado Demi Moore, is ready to get back to work!

But is she ready??

If we're to believe these sources, it totally sounds like she is!

Demi Moore Has Been FOUND!

Demi Moore was just dying to get far, far away from the U.S.

And we don't blame her. She's had a rough couple of months.

The actress just recently completed rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Utah and flew out of the country for a much-needed vacay.

And now we know where Demi is staying.

She was spotted on the beach earlier this week off of a private villa near Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands, which is located about 550 miles southeast of Miami.

A source says that "she's just been chilling out."

Security is said to be tight as the only access to get to the island is by boat.

And more interestingly, her ex Bruce Willis owns a home in Parrot Cay, so maybe he's letting her shack up in his place while she gets better.

Whatever the case may be, we're just happy she's far from the hustle and bustle of El Lay and can hopefully find some peace and rest.

Demi Moore Out Of Rehab, Now On Vacation

First we heard that actress Demi Moore was rehabbing for substance abuse at the Cirque Lodge in Utah, then we heard that she was NOT in Utah but in a rehab treatment center elsewhere. Today we are hearing that Demi isn’t even rehabbing anymore … according to new reports, she has checked herself out of her treatment program and is now sunning her buns on holiday in the Caribbean. Hmmm. Where in the world is Ms. Demi Moore?

Demi Moore has left Utah’s Cirque Lodge. Sources exclusively confirm to E! News that the Margin Call star has checked out of rehab at the celeb-favored treatment center.
