Ohioan John Davis was ticketed yesterday for "littering" after a disabled begger dropped some of the cash John handed him.
What?! Is this some kind of sick joke?
A Cleveland police officer watched John reach out his car window and give a few bucks to the panhandler in a wheelchair, who accidentally dropped one of the dollars.
Instead of helping the guy pick up the money or, you know, going about his business preventing REAL crime, the cop decided to ticket John $500 for littering!
Most people drive right on by pretending not to notice fellow citizens in need John explains why he's different:
"I have a brother that's paralyzed. My brother's in that same situation and struggles."
Wow. We really hope this miscarriage of justice doesn't dissuade John from doing good deeds in the future!!

This is Spinal Tap star Michael McKean was the victim of a serious car accident on Tuesday when a vehicle struck him in Manhattan. He was hurt pretty bad, but his signature sense of humor has remained intact.
Sources are reporting that the actor is already joking about the accident and told the producer of his latest Broadway show:
"We always tell each other to break a leg in this business. I never thought it would happen to me this way!"
McKean suffered a broken leg and facial lacerations as a result of the accident, but we're glad the car didn't put a dent in his positive spirit. In response to all the kind words from his friends and followers on Twitter, the actor wrote:
"Lucky man: best wife, great kids, awesome docs and nurses, priceless friends; a little overwhelmed by the sweet tweets."
Way to look on the bright side, Michael! Get well soon!

Casey Anthony has been forced back into court by an angry woman named Zenaida Gonzalez and the acquitted murderer isn't happy about it.
Back in 2008, Anthony claimed her 2-year-old daughter was kidnapped by a babysitter of the same name, which turned out to be false, so now Mz. Gonzalez is suing her for defamation.
Anthony has been in hiding for the last 10 months and was hoping to leave the country in September to start a new life. However, she's been subpoenaed to appear in Florida court and take the stand this coming January.
As anyone could have guessed, Anthony "doesn't want to testify" and is "annoyed that she has to." A source close to the situation explained:
"Casey was really hoping to leave Florida and never look back. She was really ready to move on with her life. This has ruined everything."
We can think of OTHER events in the 26-year-old's life that may have "ruined everything," but the bottom line is that she needs to take responsibility for throwing out blatant lies about another human being.
Considering how the last trial turned out, she really has no room to complain!

This is BEYOND disturbing!
A video is being shopped around showing Roy Horn -- of the infamous Siegfried and Roy -- graphically assaulting and sexually molesting his male rehab specialists.
We reported the employees' accusations awhile back but now the video evidence is actually in circulation!
Roy was mauled by karma a tiger in 2003 and has undergone rehab with a dedicated staff of physical therapists ever since. Apparently he is recovering nicely because he has enough creepy-old-man strength to grab the therapists' genitals and beat them with medical equipment.
Whaaaaaaat?
We can't yet show you video these wronged caretakers are selling but here's a partial list of Roy’s on-screen offenses:
Sticking his hand in a man’s butt-crack! Straight-up grabbing fistfuls of male genitalia! Pinching some man-nipples!
And, the putrid icing on the raspberry-filled YUCK cake, forcibly kissing them on the mouth.
Whoa, easy tiger!! Who do you think you are, Wayne Newton?
It doesn’t matter if you’re a weakened old dude, that kind of behavior is NOT cool!
So why are these guys shopping their video around instead of filing a report with the police??

Beyonce is very emotional about the passing of The Bee Gees star, Robin Gibb.
The singer paid tribute to Mr Gibb, who passed away Sunday, by writing a message on her website for fans and family to see.
Blue Ivy's mom wrote:
"The Bee Gees were an early inspiration for me, Kelly and Michelle. We loved their songwriting and beautiful harmonies. Recording their classic song, Emotion, was a special time for Destiny's Child. Sadly we lost Robin Gibb this week. My heart goes out to his brother Barry and the rest of his family."
Such a touching sentiment!

We're glad to see that John Travolta isn't afraid to talk to the press, despite his most recent headlines.
The actor is deeply saddened by the death of Robin Gibb and released a statement that calls the musician one of the most "wonderful" people he's ever met.
John had a lot of respect for the Bee Gee since he and his brothers were responsible for the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever, the 1977 hit that put the star on the map.
Putting his personal problems aside, John told sources:
"I thought Robin was one of the most wonderful people -- gifted, generous, and a real friend to everyone he knew. And we'll miss him."
He definitely died too soon, but at least he's in a better place now. We're sure Robin's family appreciates the kind words, John!

Barry Gibb, the sole surviving sibling of the Brothers Gibb, released the above video tribute in honor of his late brother Robin Gibb, who passed away Sunday.
The video, compiled of old footage of Robin and his brothers, is Barry’s only public statement on the tragic occurance, as the Bee Gee is obviously in a state of deep reflection.
Many fans of Robin have paid their respects in various ways, but Barry's tribute evokes an unparalleled emotional response.

You may best remember Janet Carroll as Tom Cruise's trusting mother in the iconic 1983 film Risky Business, but the seasoned actress appeared in Memories of Me, Enough, Forces of Nature, Married with Children and Melrose Place among MANY others.
Janet was also a veteran stage actress, and began her fruitful career at the Kansas City Starlight Theatre.
A memorial service will be held Saturday in New York at the Advent Lutheran Church.
We only hope she has found her peace.
Our hearts go out to her family and friends during this difficult time.

We still can't believe we lost such an incredible voice just months ago. This track is proof that Whitney's voice really WAS still up to par, contrary to what some might have been led to believe.
Sparkle hits theaters August 17 and we can only imagine that the whole audience will be brought to tears once this song plays!
Whitney will forever live on through her music and legendary voice.
