New York TV Anchor Accused Of Rape

Well known NYC anchor Greg Kelly is in really hot water.

Greg has been accused of rape from a woman he met back in October 2011.

The woman claims that she met the TV anchor on the street and they went out for drinks. They returned to her workplace, a law office, and that's where the assault happened.

However, this is where things get fishy. The two continued to text and call each other afterwards!

The woman's boyfriend then contacted Greg's father, Police Comissioner Raymond Kelly, and said Greg ruined his girl's life.

The comish told the boyfriend to write a letter and now the NY County D.A. Office is investigating the matter to avoid a conflict of interest from Raymond Kelly and NYPD.

Greg is said to be cooperating fully with the investigation.

Andy Dick Being Sued Over Groping Case

Surprise, surprise... Andy Dick is in trouble again.

We posted a while back about Andy Dick having to stand trial in criminal court for felony sexual assault.

Well now he's also being sued by the same two guys in civil court for battery and sexual abuse.

This usually means the plaintiffs are looking for a large settlement.

Andy's lawyer said:

"This proves what we've known all along. This was only about getting money from a celebrity."

Even though we totally believe these guys were groped we also kinda have the feeling they're really trying to squeeze some serious money out of this.

Who's worse in this case? The groper or the gropees?

Blame should never be placed on the victim in a sexual abuse case, so we vote Dick.

Austin Powers’ Joseph Hyungmin Son Convicted Of Rape And Torture

This is so disgusting and so, so sad.

As it turns out, the man who played Dr. Evil's sidekick in the original Austin Powers IS Dr. Evil.

In 1990, Joseph Hyungmin Son committed the abduction and gang-rape of a twenty year old woman.

The crime reportedly took place on Christmas Eve near the victim's home in Huntington Beach, California.

Apparently Son and his accomplice took her by gunpoint, repeatedly raped the poor woman, and sexually assaulted her with the gun.

When they released the victim, she was left naked with her pants tied around her eyes.

DNA evidence came through in 2008 which lead to the arrest and conviction of Son, who faces 15-life in prison.

This is horribly sick! Seriously, we're about to be physically sick.

The criminal will be sentenced September 19.

Rape sentences are usually more lenient than they should be, but we hope the judge gives Son the maximum, or at least well more than the minimum.

Polygamist Leader Warren Jeffs Gets Life in Prison For Sexually Assaulting Underage Followers

Way to give the Mormons a bad name, Jeffs!

Polygamist leader Warren Jeffs, who is the head of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (FLDS), was sentenced to life in prison today for "sexually assaulting two underage followers he took as brides in what his church deemed 'spiritual marriages.'" Awful!

Specifically, Jeffs was accused of fathering a child with a 15-year-old, and he was also accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old. The prosecution were able to prove his guilt through DNA evidence. Sickening.

To give you a bit of background, the FLDS is a radical sect that derived from mainstream Mormonism, and the group believes that polygamy is the key to entering heaven. This group currently has over 10,000 followers.

During the trial, Jeffs tried to argue that his "religious rights were being violated," but of course that didn't fly.

Here's what prosecutor Eric Nichols said in response during his closing argument:

"The evidence in this case shows that this isn't a prosecution of a people. This is a prosecution to protect people."

We're just glad that this terrible man got exactly what he had coming to him!

Lindsay Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

Good!

Lindsay Lohan has obtained a restraining order against the guy who she claims has been stalking her for the past 2 years.

Over the past 4 weeks, the stalker's conduct has heightened to the point where LiLo is afraid he may sexually assault her.

He's come to her ome at least 3 different times, followed her to public appearances, and sent her more than a hundred text messages and phone calls.

This was the most scariest text message that Lindsay received from the stalker, named David Cocordan:

"F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn."

In her declaration to obtain the restraining order, Lindsay said, "I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me."

OMG! So scary!

This man obviously needs some psychiatric help and should probably be put away for a while.

Sex Offenders Getting The Boot From Match.com!

This probably should have been done AGES ago!

Match.com, the very popular dating website, has announce that it will start checking it's users against the registered sex offenders database, and booting off those who are on the list.

Absolutely this will make it MUCH safer for people out there who want to try online dating!

This news comes on the heels of a lawsuit, though, Match insists that their decision was not a direct cause of it. The lawsuit is because of a terrible happening that could have been avoided with a simple background check:

The change in policy came after a California entertainment executive filed a lawsuit last week charging she was sexually assaulted by a man she met through the dating service.

On their second date, the lawsuit charged, the man brought the woman back to her house - and forced her to perform a sexual act.

The victim claimed a simple background check would have exposed the man's past, which her lawyer said included a history of violence and sexual assault.

That's a very horrible, and luckily, very rare thing for Match. We know a bunch of people who the site has worked for without issue (Read more...)

Anderson Cooper Interviews Jerk Reporter Who Mocked Assault Of Reporter Lara Logan

Check out the video (above) of Anderson Cooper keeping impressively cool while interviewing Nir Rosen, the JERK reporter who tweeted awful, hurtful things about Lara Logan, the CBS reporter who was sexually assaulted while covering Egypt protests.

We're ESPECIALLY impressed with how calm Anderson kept himself, given the fact that Rosen sent out deplorable tweets about him as well.

During the video, Rosen repeatedly apologizes, admits that he was a jerk, and says that his actions were not justifiable.

That's right, they weren't!

There was NOTHING heartfelt about that apology. We ARE not convinced, and you are NOT forgiven, Rosen.

Absolutely disgusting!

Woman Uses Dildo To Defend Herself From Police Officer!

…from a police officer.

Carolee Bildsten, a woman who was charged with aggravated assault against a Gurnee, Illinois police officer for attacking him with a dildo "clear, rigid feminine pleasure device" last November, says it was self-defense!

Apparently, the woman was driven home from a restaurant by the police officer to grab cash to settle her bill.

He accompanied her inside and she told the officer the money was in her sock drawer, reached in for cash, but pulled out her vajayjay ram rod and "held it over her head and approached the officer in a threatening manner."

LOLz!

Wow!

Now she is saying she was "startled" by the officer because she was unaware he had followed her into her room and had recently read an article about a Gurnee police officer who was convicted of sexual assault.

Or maybe she was crazzzyyy drunk! Did we mention the officer found her lying on the ground outside of the restaurant to begin with?

When asked why she chose the "clear, rigid feminine pleasure device" to defend herself with, she answered:

"The only thing in my sock drawer besides my socks and my cash was a dildo."

Cheryl Burke Reveals That She Was A Victim Of Sexual Abuse

What a poor thing. Nobody should have to go through something this awful and scarring, let alone at such a young age.

Dancing With The Stars castmember Cheryl Burke recently revealed that during her childhood, she was the victim of sexual abuse at the hands of a retired mailman who would help out with repairs around her house, and sometimes even pick her up from school.

The man was later sent to prison for 20 years after he attempted to assault her stepsister, and Burke was forced to testify against him in court - and at the age of six!

She explains:

"It was lots of touching. He would pull my pants down in his van or he would touch me in the living room while [her caregiver] Ima was in the kitchen cooking. That was the scariest moment of my life. I felt disgusted with myself for the longest time. I knew what he did was wrong, but I wanted this older man's affection. It creeps me out. My worst nightmare is to run into him. Not until he dies will I be able not to worry."

Angie Continues To Defend Her New Film!

She's standing behind her film!

There has been a lot of controversy surrounding Angelina Jolie's directorial debut - an as-of-now untitled feature about the romance between a Serbian man and Bosnian woman during the Balkans conflict that took the lives of 100,000 people - most notably a rape scene that has left many Bosnian victims of sexual violence in protest and going as far to convince their minister to ban the actress from filming on location in the country!

While promoting her new film, The Tourist, she addressed the issue, and claims she never meant to offend or upset anyone, and is asking everyone to hold their judgment until they've seen the finished product!

She explains:
