Last week, we all thought Adam Lambert had finally been chosen as Queen's new frontman.
We mean, it definitely sounded like it when he said:
There’s no intention in my mind of replacing Freddie. That’s impossible. The way I’m choosing to view it is that it’s a great honour and one I’m in no way going to shirk... Being asked to front Queen is the best thing that can possibly happen.
But later, he took to Twitter to clear it all up, saying:
Oooh them clever reporters takin my quotes outta context.... I haven't confirmed any guest appearances. I was talking about the EMA'S.
That being said, I'm truly flattered by your jump to such glorious conclusions mr journalist!!
Well shiz!! Then why were his original quotes worded as if he meant the present and not the past??
His Queenie EMA performance was back in November!! And the publication that published it used the quotes as if Adam was confirming and explaining the news!
Guess there's more context missing... or some really late reporting with those quotes, LOL!!

Ah! Music to our ears! The sound of our Twitter page refreshing to reveal a beautiful note from Adele starring right back at us. We couldn't be more delighted!
This morning, the magnificent Adele took to her Twitter page to drop a quick hello on her fans. She also confirmed what we've all been simply dreaming about since it was first announced -- she'll be singing at this year's Grammy Awards!
As you can see from her tweet, Adele is pretty excited for the show herself, saying:
Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It's been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can't wait, speak soon xx

Celeb death hoaxes are fun... until a Kardashian gets hurt!
Last night tweeters around the world mad #Cher a trending topic, after one user tweeted a fake CNN story claiming the the 65-year-old singer passed away.
Less than an hour after the original "RIP Cher" was posted, Kim Kardashian was freaking out.
The reality star has over 12 million flowers, so when she asked:
"Did I just hear Cher has passed away? Is this real? OMG."
Over 12 million people started asking the same thing. The affect wasn't quite the same as Orson Welles' War of the Worlds radio show, HOWEVER people did lose their shit thinking Cher gone.
Kim "investigatory journalist" Kardshian did some digging and discovered elaborate joke. She told her millions:
"Can't believe people would make up a sick joke like Cher died. These people need to get a life! Thanks Twitter for clearing that up!"
There you have it!
Cher is alive, despite the fact that she hasn't posted on Twitter since last week.

Sometimes you just have pay up!
Lloyd was slapped with legal papers after the singer allegedly reneged on his settlement with former manager Joyce Irby.
The settlement required Lloyd to pay Irby $100K and find her a job for breaching his contract.
But according to new court docs, he's only paid $20K with no job.
Irby is taking Lloyd to court for the remaining 80K, the job, court fees, and anything else the judge sees fit.
It seems like Lloyd isn't too good at keeping promises.

Looks like the love is lost between k.d. lang and longtime girlfriend Jamie Price!!
In 2003, the couple met through their Buddhist teacher and fell in love. Later, they entered a domestic partnership together.
Things were goin' great... until they weren't...
k.d. has now filed the legal papers for a dissolution to their partnership. Sad!!

Are you tired of Kim Kardashian? Do you hate what she stands for? Are you repulsed by the fact that she has made so much money through working the Hollywood system to her benefit? Do you wish that she would just ... go away?!
Then you are probably one of the 500K-plus people who signed the petition over at BoycottKim.com to get rid of her. Granted, it is a futile effort (nothing can stop the power of the Kardashians!,) but the petition has rattled the cage enough that Kim's lawyers have stepped in to bring the founder of the petition down. Opting to remain anonymous, the creator of the BoycottKim.com petition reveals that he has been contacted by Kim K's legal team and has been advised they ntended to file a criminal harassment complaint against him.
According to the founder, he was first contacted by the Kardashian family’s general counsel Christopher T. Wilson. Wilson was most displeased with the website, particularly its focus on the family's recent run-in with bad press over some supposed Kardashian products made in Chinese sweatshops. Grammy award-winning singer, Cesaria Evora, has passed away at the age of 70.
Known as the 'Barefoot Diva,' she won a Grammy in 2003 after introducing her African islands music to venues all over the world.
There isn't much know as to how and why she passed, but we do know she went while she died in the Baptista de Sousa Hospital in Mindelo, on her native island of Sao Vicente in Cape Verde. So we're glad she was home.
She hadn't been in the best of health for quite some time, having had open heart surgery just last year.
We extend our condolences -- her music and voice were truly beautiful!

We found out!
Samantha Mumba has been off the radar for awhile and we started to get concerned that she decided to remove herself from the spotlight all together. Now, we're thinking that would have been the better option.
Here, you can see the former Gotta Tell You singer a top a pirate ship in Dublin, Ireland. Yes, a real life pirate ship. It's the one intended to be used in her new Christmas panto Robinson Crusoe & the Caribbean Pirates opening soon.
The juiciest bit of intel we can share with you from this shoot - besides the fact that this is where Sam ended up - is that she is apparently trying to hide her engagement. When she realized she was still wearing her ring in some of the shots, she promptly removed it.
