The Sitch Fires Back At Snooki And JWoww And Gay Rumors

The Situation is not too happy that his "lady-killing" ways are coming under fire.

Snooki and JWoww gossiped that The Situation is in the closet and according to source, The Sitch laid into his co-stars.

The main reason he's upset? The gay rumors will hurt his cash flow!

The Sitch's endorsements are in the straight guy field so it's a tid bit upset his cred and money could disappear.

Snooki and JWoww aren't buying it. They claim Sitch brings up the issue and questions why others think he's gay.

Former housemate, Angelina, also thinks Sitch is playing for the other team: She states:

I think Mike is gay. I think he's gay because of the way he talks and the way he abuses girls. He talks down to women...I honestly feel like he's in the closet right now; he doesn't want to come out.

We'll see what happens with The Sitch down the road.

3 Celebs, Including Kim Kardashian, Who Sue Companies For Using Their Image

Kim Kardashian filed a lawsuit last July against parent company The Gap for using a Kim look-alike in an Old Navy commercial. Kardashian says Melissa Molinaro, the model used in the TV commercial, confused fans and violated her rights to her name and image. Kim believes the damages she faced due to the ad are significant – she’s hoping to get $20 million out of the lawsuit. The Gap has now responded to the lawsuit by launching an investigation into whether or not Kim’s image was actually damaged. They’re questioning the reality star’s motives behind the suit and plan to look into how much Bebe and Sears made from exclusive deals for clothing lines with Kardashian and why Bebe ultimately dropped her line. Sources close to the company say The Gap is either trying to show that Kim’s reputation was already so damaged that they did no harm, or that Kardashian is nothing like Molinaro. Either way, The Gap may not pay a dime even if they lose the case. They’ve already gotten their advertising agency’s insurer to cover the fees associated with Kim’s lawsuit.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino

The Situation sued Abercrombie & Fitch in 2011 for using his trademarked Jersey Shore catchphrases without permission. The lawsuit came after the company issued a press release asking Mike to stop wearing their clothes.

Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba sued Belly Bandit, a company that makes post-pregnancy clothing, in 2011 for using her image without permission to market and sell their products. She is seeking damages of over $1 million.

Yes, out of all the presidential candidates, she favors the one who isn't even running...anymore...at this moment...

Apple WON’T Sell iPhone 4S In Chinese Cities Due To Unruly Crowds!

The Situation would have fit in PERFECTLY in these crowds! Ha!

Today, Apple announced that they won't be selling the iPhone 4S in the Chinese cities of Beijing and Shanghai for the time being due to out-of-control crowds!

The new iPhone was supposed to debut in both cities today, but when a Beijing Apple store announced that the item would be unavailable on the first day of release, the crowds went nuts! People got into "scuffles" with each other, and one shopper hurled EGGS at a store! Wow!

Police were forced to put up yellow tape around the store's shopping plaza, and they pushed screaming shoppers away from the perimeter.

Here's what Apple had to say about their decision to NOT sell the iPhone 4S in Beijing and Shanghai for the moment:

"The demand for iPhone 4S has been incredible, and our stores in China have already sold out. Unfortunately we were unable to open our store at Sanlitun due to the large crowd, and to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, iPhone will not be available in our retail stores in Beijing and Shanghai for the time being."

The Situation SUED! Serious Pimp Wants $$!!

Serious Pimp really had their hopes on The Situation being their #1 but looks like they might have gotten screwed!

Promoted by such pimps as Snoop Dogg, the clothing company says they gave Situation a $25,000 advance to promo their brand on Jersey Shore, Twitter, etc..

But according to them, Situation took the money and THEN... then never came back...

So now they're suing him for the $25k back AND lost profits... which could add up to tens of thousands!!

Ouch!! Can't wait to hear Situation's side of this... we're hear from him as soon as he gets back from GTLin, LOL!!!

The Jersey Shore’s Jonathan ‘The Unit’ Manfre Indicted For Drug Possession

Someone was enjoying their 15 minutes of fame WAY too soon!

Jonathan "The Unit" Manfre, who infuriated Snooki during the season 5 premiere of The Jersey Shore on Thursday night, has been indicted for 3rd degree felony possession of a drug called Ketamine -- a horse tranquilizer.

Who would have thought The legendary Unit would have been foiled by a K-9 Unit?

He was arrested on July 24, 2011 in Seaside Heights for possession of a controlled “powdery substance" often referred to as "Special K".

If found guilty, The Situation's friend faces 3-5 years in prison, an extra 5 minutes in the spotlight and, if he's really lucky, an appearance on Celebrity Rehab. LOLz!

Such a shame. We could tell The Unit's future was so bright. Think of all the club appearances this guy could have gotten paid for!

Try to remember now, way back into the summer months. The boys and guidettes of The Jersey Shore had just returned from Italy and headed right back to their normal stomping grounds, Seaside Heights, to shoot their fifth season. As you might recall, things took a turn for the worst when Vinny, one of the most laid-back members of the crew, decided he had enough of fist-pumping and binge drinking and opted to leave the show for good.
