Jersey Shore's Michael "The Situation" Sorrentino has a shaaaaaady past (well, sort of!)
On October 24, 2003, pre-"situation" Michael Sorrentino was arrested for pot possession in Manalapan, New Jersey. Then 22-year old Michael was pulled over for being an idiot having an expired registration, which escalated into a much worse SITUATION.
Sorrentino was driving with a suspended license, "unclear plates," a stash of pot, as well as a "glass pipe full of the burnt weed."
He plead not guilty four days later and the charges were dropped, but he was put on a one year probation with mandatory drug testing throughout that period, and he had to pay $810 in court costs.
Looks like you've come a long way since then, Michael. Let's just hope we don't see a repeat of October 24, 2003!
What Do U think of The Situation's somewhat shady past?

We already knew Jon Hamm was the man, but now it's 100% confirmed.
GQ has named Mad Men's Jon Hamm the MAN OF THE YEAR.
Between the success that Mad Men had at the Emmys and this prestigious award from GQ, Hamm must be on top of the world right now.
We think GQ made the right move. Honestly, who's cooler than Don Draper? We can't think of too many people!
Do U think Jon Hamm deserves to be called Man Of The Year?

Wowza! A lot of personal information dumped out at once.
The National Enquirer is outing Big Bang Theory's Jim Parsons in their latest issue, saying that shortly after he won his Emmy this year, he proposed to his boyfriend of several YEARS, Todd Spiewak!
According to sources, Jim walked right off stage and beelined it to his man to say the only thing that would make the moment of winning an Emmy even better is if Todd agreed to marry him - AND HE SAID YES!
Aw! Romantic!
Reportedly they are planning a wedding at Christmas time in Massachusetts.
Congrats on the nuptials, Jimmy! (And also being catapulted out of the closet!)

We love how diverse his interests are!
Oscilloscope Laboratories has acquired Saturday Night, James Franco's documentary about a week in the making of an episode of Saturday Night Live!
The film begins with the show's Tuesday morning pitch meeting and Franco follows the writers and actors through the process. He chronicles an episode with host John Malkovich and the documentary will be released early next year.
Oscilloscope chief and Beastie Boy Adam Yauch says, "SNL is my mother fuckin' shit, and James is my mother fuckin' man."
And there you have it!

Susan Sarandon is a badass. Don’t believe us?
The 63-year-old, highly successful actress just opened a ping-pong club. LOL! If that’s not the coolest thing ever than we don’t know what is!
Susan Sarandon has had a crazy couple years full of divorce, mother-child tattoos, and scandalous tabloid rumors, and she opens up about all of it in a recent interview…
On her breakup with Tim Robbins:
"The nation mourned. I had a lot of people who came up to me and were not as upset as I was–but were definitely upset. I did feel a sense of responsibility, because I knew that people had a certain idea of how I was and who we were. And in that sense …" She cuts herself off. "But on your deathbed, it's not really going to matter how those people felt."
On mother-child tattoos:
Lately, they've been getting tattoos with their mother. First, Eva got the Latin word "conscientia" printed in an old-fashioned typewriter font. Jack considered getting a classic mom-heart tattoo on his chest, but Sarandon treated him to an image of Ganesh instead. On Sarandon's spine, her children's initials scroll down, printed in the New York Times font. And (Read more...)

Just like old times, huh ladies!
On an upcoming episode of The Middle, Patricia Heaton will share some screen time with her friend and frightfully funny fictional mother-in-law from Everybody Loves Raymond, Doris Roberts.
Doris will guest star on the shows as one of the kid's teachers and let's just say, the ladies still don't see eye to eye, even on a different network!
We're sure fans are excited to see them together again! But then again, does anyone actually watch The Middle?

Since the cancelation of Total Request Live, MTV has had a giant hole in their daytime TV schedule - and now it's about to be filled!
The network will air The Seven on weekdays from Time Square beginning September 27th. Within its half-hour format, viewers will get info on Hollywood news, music, sex, fashion and other related topics.
MTV programming president Tony DiSanto said:
"It's been a big goal of mine to get us back into the live-series business. I wanted to get into day-and-date topical programming, and there's just something about having a live show during a time of day where everything else is pretaped."
Host for the show are Kevin Manno, a DJ from Chicago who hosts a nightly show for top-rated station Q101, and Julie Alexandria, a pop culture and sports fan who hosts the East Coast-based cable show Mets Weekly.
Music performances and interviews also will be featured during it's 5pm time slot.
Do U miss TRL enough to watch?!

Should be fun to see these two on the small screen together again!
On September 22, Maniston will guest star on the season premiere of Courteney Cox's Cougar Town. She'll play a girl who's sleeping with Courteney's brother a therapist with off-the-beaten-path treatment methods.
Will U tune in for Courtmaniston on Cougar Town?
