Watch: Baz Luhrman’s First Trailer Of Revamped ‘The Great Gatsby’ Is Unveiled

Back in April of this year we heard that Aussie film director Baz Luhrman was planning to work his magic on an adaptation of The Great Gatsby. Baz is known for his tackling of literary classics, he famously made a film version of Romeo + Juliet with Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes back in the 90′s and of course, most of you will remember his post modern version of Moulin Rouge. Today we have the first view of his latest work on the classic American novel. This lavish production stars Leo DiCaprio as the titular great one, Tobey Maguire as Nick Carraway, Carey Mulligan as Daisy Buchanan and Joel Edgerton as her husband, Tom. If this trailer is anything to go by, this movie is going to be a whole lot of fun and NOTHING like your high school teacher’s rendition of the great American novel.

Watch: Disney/Pixar Release A First Trailer For ‘Finding Nemo’ In 3D

Back in October we first learned that Disney and Pixar were planning the theatrical re-release of Finding Nemo (among other films) in 3D and in January we got our first video tease for the 3D re-release. Today we get to see the first full length trailer for this Fall’s release of Finding Nemo in 3D. Check out the trailer below and be reminded of just how cute and charming Finding Nemo still is.

Finding Nemo is truly one of my favorite Pixar films and I am really looking forward to seeing it again in theaters. Much like Disney did with The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast, I fully expect the 3D adaption of Nemo to be excellent. Animated films are much easier to convert to 3D so I have no doubt that Disney/Pixar will make Finding Nemo even better. This movie is going to be so fun in 3D, I can’t wait to see it :)

Lindsay Lohan Is Having A Hard Time Finding The Perfect ‘Dick’

Lifetime TV found the actress that they would like to play Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming biopic about the late actress but they are having a devil of a time finding the actor to play Richard Burton. With Lindsay in the lead role, she is reportedly unhappy with the actors currently in the running to play Dick to her Liz. Altho Lindsay does not have the final say, rumor has it that producers are trying to keep her has happy as possible. As a result, Lindsay finds herself in the position of searching for the perfect Dick.

Lindsay Lohan is extremely unhappy with the casting choices of the male actors who have auditioned for the role of Richard Burton in the Elizabeth Taylor Lifetime biopic, and filming is scheduled to begin in just a few weeks, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Releases A Slew Of New Movie Posters

As we draw ever closer to the theatrical release of the final installment of the Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy, the promo campaign for The Dark Knight Rises is starting to wind down. This week Warner Bros. released the final movie poster for TDK which some people don’t really like. They have also released a slew of character posters that, I think, people will like better. This is the final movie poster for The Dark Knight Rises. I mean, I don’t hate it but I can see how some folks might not be impressed. It’s not very interesting and it really does not illuminate the film in any way.

This batch of characters posters is much more interesting, I think. Batman looks badass and we finally get to see Catwoman and Bane take center stage in the promo campaign. I will say that the rain doesn’t really work for me but I guess it does provide a certain effect.

Watch: Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino Opens Up About His Addiction

Back in March we learned that MTV Jersey Shore star Mike The Situation Sorrentino checked himself into rehab for an addiction to prescription pain medication. A few weeks later, in April, we learned that he completed his stint in rehab. Today we are hearing from Mike for the first time since his rehabilitation in a new interview with MTV News. The Situation comes clean about his addiction and reveals what his life has been like in the past few months. Check out the interview in full below.

I may give Sorrentino and his Jersey Shore compatriots some good-natured grief from time to time, I really must commend him for having the courage to speak publicly about his addiction. I hope his struggle with teach young viewers that partying like someone on an MTV reality TV series has it’s dire consequences. Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Have No Wedding Date, Still Waiting For Marriage Equality

A few weeks ago we heard the rumors that newly engaged Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were planning a summer wedding in the south of France. Well, those rumors have turned out to be just that. Brad surfaced this week in France at the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival and unveiled at the press conference for Killing Them Softly that he and his fiancé, Angelina definitely have not set a date for the impending nuptials. They are also still waiting before they tie the knot for the arrival of marriage equality, as they have said for years.

When Brangelina got engaged most people, myself included, believed that they would have an extended engagement period and would not rush to get wed. The south of France wedding rumors never really sounded right; it just didn’t make sense that the couple that chose not to wed for so many years would rush now to get married. Nevertheless, the rumor mill was bound to start chugging as soon as news of the Pitt-Jolie engagement surfaced, and it did. Brad has now set the record straight though.

Watch: Madonna’s ‘MDNA’ World Tour Stage Is Erected In Tel Aviv

We are just over a week away from the start of Madonna‘s MDNA World Tour and today we get to see some goodies to get us amped for the tour kick-off in Tel Aviv, Israel. A local news station posted a story online showing footage from the arena where Madonna will perform next week and as you can see below, construction has already begun on her massive new stage. Listen: Audio Of Whitney Houston’s Last Recorded Song Hits The Internets

Earlier today we heard audio from the Billboard Music Awards tribute to the late Whitney Houston but right now we get to hear NEW MUSIC from Whitney herself. As you may know, Houston filmed the movie Sparkle late last year and managed to record new music for the film before her untimely death earlier this year. The full audio of the song Celebrate, a duet by Whitney and her Sparkle co-star Jordin Sparks, has made its way to the Internets for our first listening pleasure. It’s a pretty song, one that I think will work well in the film. Hearing this song is … bittersweet. Hearing Whitney singing a new song makes it seem as if she is still with us. Last month Lifetime TV confirmed that Lindsay Lohan has been cast to play Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming biopic about the late actress and today we learn that Lindsay is well into preparations for the film.
