Oksana Grigorieva, the Grammy-award winner for Best Edited Phone Call, was spotted in Encino this weekend with her little daughter.

Lucia Gibson, the love child between Oks and Mel Gibson, is growing up SO fast!

Mel is attempting to earn more quality time with her through a scheduled court hearing in September.

Dear President Obama…THIS ROCKS!

Excellent! This is LONG overdue!

A new policy, implemented by President Barack Obama, went into effect yesterday that forces hospitals in Medicare and Medicaid to allow ALL patients to decide visitation rights, as well as who to entrust - regardless of sexuality or gender - with making medical decisions on their behalf!

Brian Bond, the White House Deputy Director of Public Engagement, writes:

"This policy impacts millions of LGBT Americans and their families. The President saw an injustice and felt very strongly about correcting this and has spoken about it often over the years."

HRC President Joe Solmonese responded to the news with:

"LGBT people experience discrimination in many aspects of their lives, but it is perhaps at its worst during times of crisis. We thank President Obama and HHS Secretary Sebelius for recognizing the hardships LGBT people face and taking this important step toward ensuring that no one will be turned away from a partner's hospital bedside again."

This truly is amazing news!

Padma Has Some Babydaddy Dramz!

Wow!

We guess he WAS the biological father!

Padma Lakshmi recently gave birth to her daughter, Krishna, and now her babydaddy, Adam Dell, is having some issues with his limited role as a parent!

A source claims that Dell has attempted to get visitation rights, weekends, and vacations with Krishna, but "Padma wasn't being entirely accommodating."

A friend on Team Padma claims, however:

"An agreement was made with the biological father that was very fair. It's unfortunate if anything inappropriate is being said."

What do U think? Is Padma or Adam in the wrong here??
